Optimization method for activated sludge size analysis based on laser particle size correction

摘要According to the standard of laser particle size analysis, the particle size distribution obtained by wet sieve was corrected, and a set of statistical optimization methods for the wet sieve particle size distribution were proposed. The research showed that there was a significant difference between the laser particle size analysis and the wet sieve particle size analysis of the same sludge sample, but the error between the two methods was small after the optimization through statistical method. The average relative errors were 6.8%, 6.5%, 3.1% and 3.6% when the particle sizes were > 63 μm, 53 μm, 37 μm and < 37 μm, respectively. The method can effectively improve the accuracy of the wet sieve particle size analysis and has significant engineering applications.
