摘要PM2.5filter samples were collected with high-volume sampler during summer and winter of 2013 in Wanzhou, Chongqing. The mass concentrations of n-alkanes from C12to C33in PM2.5were determined via GC-MS. The main peaks of n-alkanes had carbon numbers of 29 and 31 in both summer and winter. In summer, the daily average concentration of total n-alkanes was 158.70 ng·m-3. The Carbon Preference Index (CPI), CPI1 and CPI2 was 1.63, 0.61, and 1.83, respectively, with the averaged WaxC value of 53.44%. While in winter, the daily average concentration of total n-alkanes was 257.20 ng·m-3, CPI of 1.82, CPI1 of 0.67, CPI2 of 1.96, and average WaxC of 55.53%. These results indicated that n-alkanes in PM2.5during summer and winter in Wanzhou were mainly from higher plant wax and the incomplete combustion of fossil fuels. Higher plant wax, as a type of biogenic source, had stronger impact. © 2016, Science Press. All right reserved.
