摘要 | Light-emitting diodes (LED) currently play a key role in solid-state illumination and displays. Using nanotechnology, more advanced and functional LEDs have been developed. Here, a violet-light-emitting device with stroke growth of ZnO nanorods and a metal/n-ZnO/GaN structure was developed for nanostroke. The device has strong violet light, overwhelming monochromaticity, 400 nm wavelength, a full width at half-maximum (fwhm) of ∼14 nm, and it displays character edges at ∼400 nm resolution using electroluminescence. The new device has strong potential applications in micro-LED and nonmask near-field lithography. Copyright © 2019 American Chemical Society. |
