| 摘要 | With the construction of engineering projects in China being intelligent and green, the construction cost information has a great growth rate, fast update speed, large amount of data and big data features. The main factors that constitute the price of construction products are the construction market price information, that is, construction materials, machinery and equipment and labor prices, and construction market price information is an important basis for investment control of construction projects and calculate the actual cost. In this paper, gray forecasting model is used to predict the model of the gray envelope. In view of the discreteness and uncertainty of the price information in the construction market, a gray forecast model GM (1,1) for the construction market price is established based on the gray system theory. © Conference Proceedings of the 6th International Symposium on Project Management, ISPM 2018.
