The Study of the Optimal Three Wind Distribution in Biomass Boiler

摘要The research object in this paper is a new biomass environmental protection boiler producted by some chongqing energy-saving equipment company. Firstly, the influence factors of combustion process were analyzed, then on this basis, the effect of the wind distribution control on combustion efficiency is mainly studied in this paper. For the unique characteristic of three wind distribution, which is owned by the new biomass environmental protection boiler, an optimal method of the three wind distribution based on fuzzy adaptive PID was put forward. The method makes boiler realize automatic fully, online search for the optimal operating mode, further achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction, green environmental protection. The study provides a theoretical basis for the new biomass environmental protection boiler to be intelligent, environmental protection. © 2017 IEEE.
