| 摘要 | The Patent Cloud Platform is under construction in Chongqing. As the most important part of the Patent Cloud Platform, the Patent Data Resource Service Center is urgent. Tens of millions of patent data from seven countries and two organizations would be shared for public. For the heterogeneous of patent data from different data sources, some essential pre-processing methods should be carried out to clean, integrate, transform and normalize the data. The Data Access Service Module is designed and implemented to access the large scale of patent data rapidly, and many well-defined data service interfaces are implemented to produce various patent data applications. A well runtime environment should be maintained to make sure the system operating correctly. © 2016 IEEE. |
