Flexible nano metal-grid transparent electrode and its application

摘要Flexible transparent electrode has attracted wide attentions from researchers due to its lightweight, flexibility, low-costing, and can be widely used in optoelectronic devices in the future such as flat panel displays, solar cells and touch panels. The Ag-grid transparent electrode is prepared by photolithography, the transmittance within the visible range(400~800 nm) is greater than 90.48% regardless of substrate, the sheet resistance can be low to 4.1 Ω/sq, and the transparent electrode has a high σDC/σOP and good flexibility, when bending 1000 times the sheet resistance only change 11.8%, and it is applied to 4 inches (1 inch=2.54 cm) flexible resistive touch screen by screen printing, demonstrating the uniformity and reliability of the transparent electrode.
