摘要Sweet potato medium contained 210.0 g/L glucose was produced from sweet potato powder based two enzyme method, and was used for fuel ethanol fermentation by Saccharomyces cerevise ATCC 6508. Bloom algae biomass was collected and processed into algal nitrogen source (ANS) after processing steps including wash, acid hydrolysis, drying and milling. It was indicated that the residue glucose was 7.0 g/L in batch without nitrogen source feeding after 120 h fermentation, and the yield of ethanol and final ethanol concentration were 0.44 and 89.14 g/L. While the fermentation times were reduced to 96, 72 and 72 h when 5.0, 10.0 and 20.0 g/L ANS was added, 96.1, 98.1 and 103.0 g/L final ethanol concentrations were attained, ethanol yields amounted to 0.46, 047 and 0.49 respectively. Protein and amino acid analysis proved that the protein content in ANS and yeast extract were 32.6 and 64.5%, and free amino acid content were 19.7 and 29.9%, high content of organic nitrogen matter was expected to be responsible for fermentation rate promotion. The study also indicated ANS was a reliable alternative nitrogen source for yeast extract in ethanol fermentation using sweet potato mash as the medium.
