摘要 | Nanopore sensors constructed by different material systems are widely used in basic research, biomedicine, environmental monitoring, security and other fields due to the unique physical and chemical properties and sensing performance of the materials. Nanopore sensors have the characteristics of label-free, high throughput, high sensitivity, high selectivity and fast response. With the vigorous development of nanopore preparation technique and novel materials, the field of nanochannel devices has derived sensors with different material types, structural designs and functions. In this paper, the latest research progresses and applications of bio-nanopore, solid-state nanopore and hybrid nanopore sensors according to different pore carrier materials were elaborated in more detail, and the material system and structural design aspects of nanopore were summarized and prospected. |
