摘要 | A sensitive surface-enhanced Raman scattering probe structure based on the enhancement of the secondary localization is proposed. The structure is constituted with a silver coated pyramid and a small silver particle at the tip. The silver film coated on the pyramid plays a role of exciting and focusing the surface plasmon wave onto the tip, where the secondary localization is excited by the silver particle and an extraordinarily enhanced electromagnetic field is obtained. The finite difference time domain (FDTD) simulation results demonstrate that the Raman enhancement factor caused by the secondary localization is 1.34 x 10(9) which is 3 orders higher than that of the primary localization structure. |
