摘要 | Barium strontium titanate (BST)-based complex ceramics are lead-free high performance ferroelectric or relaxor materials for applying on electronics and energy storages. Here, based on Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, a giant dielectric enhancement is achieved by trace sodium niobate doping. The dielectric constants and strengths are enhanced up to 13850 and 330 kV/cm with acceptable loss behaviours. In combination with structure and property characterisations, such great enhancements can be attributed to disorderly substitutions with resulted relaxor phase transition and interfacial couples. Thus, the present study not only presents an effective method of enhancing the dielectric properties of BST-based materials but also a novel way to achieve lead-free relaxors. |
